IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Process Analyst **om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Antwerpen**.

Functie

De IT Process Analist werkt mee aan de implementatie en verwezenlijking van de IT bedrijfsprocessen en workflowsbinnen de IT-organisatie.
- De belangrijkste taken bestaan uit het analyseren, ontwerpen en documenteren van IT-processen.
- Je bespreekt en overlegt de processen met de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je speelt eveneens een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie van de nieuwe of herwerkte IT-processen.
- Het taken pakket omvat:Interview van de proces stakeholders
- Je maakt een analyse van de IT proces vereisten
- Je detecteert mogelijke tegenstijdigheden met de verschillende stakeholders
- Analyse van een bestaand Proces:

- Je analyseert en verzamelt feedback ivm het bestaande Proces (AS-IS)
- Je formuleert eventueel een voorstel tot verbetering en toets deze met de verwachtingen van de stakeholders
- Je ontwerpt, documenteert en onderhoudt het proces model
- Je evalueert en reviewt bestaande processen op regelmatige basis (bvb halfjaarlijks, jaarlijks)
- Ontwerpen van een nieuw Proces:

- Op basis van de vereisten en de verzamelde input, ontwerp je een nieuw Proces voorstel (TO-BE)
- Je bespreekt je voorstel met de stakeholders en toetst dit met de stakeholders’ verwachtingen
- Je ontwerpt, documenteert en onderhoudt het nieuwe proces model
- Proces documentatie
- Je documenteert processen aan de hand van een Business Proces model (BPMN 2.0)
- Je stelt een RACI op voor elk proces
- Je stelt deze documentatie ter beschikking van de stakeholders
- Proces goedkeuring
- Je zorgt voor de goedkeuring van alle proces stakeholders
- Je presenteert het nieuwe / reviewed Proces aan de Proces Board
- Je bekomt het akkoord en de goedkeuring van de Proces Board
- Proces implementatie
- Je werkt samen met het IT tooling team en op basis van het goedgekeurde proces werk je de workflow uit
- Je waakt over de correcte implementatie van het proces en de workflow
- Je zorgt voor de nodige communicatie binnen de IT organisatie
- Proces performantie en efficiëntie
- Je stelt KPI’s op voor het meten van de performantie van het proces
- Je waakt over de efficiëntie van het proces en streeft constante verbetering na (operational excellence)
- Je formuleert voorstellen om processen te automatiseren
- Je evalueert en implementeert nieuwe tools of functionaliteiten om continu de processen te verbeteren enefficiënter te laten verlopen
- Project Organisatie
- Op basis van een project plan, bepaal je de noodzakelijke activiteiten en milestones om tot een end-to-endresultaat te komen. (budget, resource, scope en risico bewaking)
- Je organiseert meetings, presentaties, workshops en opleidingen
- Je zorgt voor een correcte project oplevering en overdracht

Functie-eisen
- Master diploma (richting management, Informatica, economie, )
- Minstens drie tot vijf jaar als werkervaring in soortgelijke functie.
- Algemene basiskennis IT-systemen en IT-architectuur
- Kennis van de Microsoft Office Suite
- Kennis van Business Proces Modelering (BPMN2.0)
- Noties ITIL
- Noties van IT-governance frameworks (bvb COBIT)
- Talen: Nederlands en Engels
