Introduction
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst specialising in Healthcare Invoicing, you will play a crucial role in understanding, analysing, and interpreting the complex landscape of healthcare invoicing, tariffication, nomenclature, and legislation in Belgium. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct thorough analyses, and develop comprehensive solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Belgian Healthcare invoicing processes, tariffication systems, nomenclature standards, and legislative frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, data models, and business process flows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Belgian Healthcare invoicing and legislation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Healthcare invoicing, tariffication, nomenclature, and legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system, including reimbursement processes, healthcare coding systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is required.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
