Our client is a global **radiopharmaceutical company** headquartered in Hong-Kong, with operations in China, Europe, and US. Their aim is to master the entire value chain for radio-ligand **production, research, development, and commercialization** in order to deliver clinical impact to patients.
Their core platform aims to address the two main issues facing radiopharmaceuticals today: the ability to **access radioisotopes** in sufficient quality and quantity to meet tomorrow's needs, and an **innovative translational and biological research platform** targeting tomorrow's radiopharmaceutical treatments.
Their team is made up of more than 60 dynamic entrepreneurs and scientists with a proven track record in life sciences start-ups, radioisotope research and clinical development.
To carry on its growth and reinforce its team, our client is looking for a **HR Business Partner (M/F) based in Belgium**.
**Responsibilities**
As a HR Business Partner, your role is to support the organization’s talent needs, employee well-being, and HR initiatives that contribute to the success of groundbreaking research and developments in biotechnology. This role is essential in **managing various human resources areas** that support the organization's workforce and strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities are:
- **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:_
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape within the biotech sector.
- **Internal HR Communications**:_
- Develop and execute communication plan to inform employees about HR policies, benefits, performance management and other HR-related updates.
- Foster positive employee relationships by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment. Ensure employees' rights are protected and that the company adheres to relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Create a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, innovation and a sense of purpose among employees.
- **Learning and Development**:_
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in biotechnology-specific areas. Work to foster a culture of continuous learning and development to keep the workforce updated on industry trends and advancements.
- **Hard HR (Compensation & Benefits, HR policies and Compliance)**:_
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs (including extralegal package), participate in compensation benchmarking and assist in salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry regulations and the company’s values.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards and other related regulations.
- **Strategic HR**:_
- Use HR metrics and analytics to generate reports and insights for HR leadership and help in decisions making.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on organizational development initiatives (succession planning, workforce planning, change management) in order to support the growth.
**Profile**
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration** or or any related fields.
- Minimum **5 years’ experience in HR operations**, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, compliance, best practices, and industry trends (mainly Belgian social law).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent level of English and French (written and spoken).
- Comprehensive understanding of nuclear medicine, oncology, and associated production processes.
- Prior experience working in an international environment would be a plus.
