**Description de la fonction**
En tant que Data Mining Analyst, vous fournissez, au management, des solutions basées sur des données destinées à faciliter la prise de décision (via le machine learning et le data mining). Vous transformez, enrichissez et archivez des données business opérationnelles.
Vous participez à la définition des objectifs business du data mining. Vous pouvez ainsi guider les Information/Business Analysts dans leur traduction des besoins business.
Vous êtes également en charge de l'implémentation d'un modèle de data mining : vous transformez les données et faites de l'exploration de données. Vous développez des modèles et assurez leur implémentation, leur maintenance, leur évaluation et leur optimisation.
Enfin, vous êtes impliqué dans des projets spécifiques (ex. : environnement de travail cloud) ou dans l'analyse de la fraude, en collaboration avec le service Concurrence loyale.
**Profil**
Titulaire d’un diplôme de master, vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques de machine learning et d'IA (cf. analyse de données). Vous possédez également un bon bagage en matière de statistiques, avec une connaissance active des modèles analytiques.
Vous êtes passionné par SQL et les bases de données. Vous maîtrisez Python.
Vous avez le sens de la communication et êtes capable de communiquer aisément avec différents interlocuteurs.
Vous avez un esprit analytique et privilégiez une approche structurée.
Vous pouvez travailler efficacement de manière autonome, mais appréciez également le travail en équipe.
Enfin, vous possédez une connaissance passive du néerlandais.
