**Functieomschrijving**

Voor ons kantoor te Gent zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime of parttime travel designer, met name voor de verkoop van onze reizen naar Ijsland en Lapland (winter).
- Je beheert individuele klantendossiers en volgt deze nauwgezet op vanaf het eerste contact tot en me t na de afreis:

- Je berekent offertes, al dan niet op maat.
- Je regelt alle reservaties voor vluchten en lokale services.
- Je stelt de reisdocumenten op, en zorgt ervoor dat alle reisvoorbereidingen vlot en correct verlopen.
- Je streeft naar perfecte klantenservice én klantenfeedback
- Je helpt mee bij het ontwikkelen van een nieuw aanbod en dit op onze typische Nordic Collection-manier: met focus op authenticiteit, beleving en natuur.
- Je denkt mee na over de optimalisatie van het productieplan op basis van klantenfeedback.
- Je ondersteunt bij de operationele uitwerking van het productieplan: van programmatie en berekening van prijzen tot het opmaken van bijhorende beelden en teksten.

- Je hebt een passie voor Scandinavië.
- Voor jou betekent reizen authenticiteit en natuurbeleving.
- Je bent communicatief en enthousiast.
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling: je hebt een goede portie ondernemingszin en wordt enthousiast van uitdagende groeidoelstellingen.
- Je draagt klantvriendelijkheid, “echtheid” en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
- Collegialiteit en teamwork is voor jou een must. Je bent betrokken bij het reilen en zeilen van het bedrijf en draagt toe tot een dynamische bedrijfssfeer.
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel. Je bent bereid af en toe ’s avonds, in het weekend of op locatie te werken.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en wordt niet afgeschrikt door administratie.
- Je hebt een bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je werkt in een systeem van glijdende werkuren en een hybride werklocatie (combinatie thuiswerk en kantoor). We werken met een contract van 38u/week (gemiddeld), maar deeltijds werk is absoluut bespreekbaar.
- Uiteraard hoort bij waardevol werk ook een aantrekkelijk verloningspakket.Wij bieden een mooi brutoloon aangevuld met uitgebreide extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques, netto onkostenvergoeding, groepsverzekering, gsm met uitgebreid abonnement, jaarlijks bonusplan).
- 20 dagen verlof per jaar met mogelijkheid tot extra verlof op basis van gepresteerde overuren.
