Bpi Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In this role you will collaborate closely with all departments involved in the production process. You will analyze our current production processes and tools. If you see any areas for improvement, it is your role to introduce ideas, gain support and implement. You will report on the effectiveness of the production process in line with the Lean Six Sigma method.
- One focus area is sustainability: you will support the production department by reporting and analyzing sustainability data and looking at ways to close gaps and reduce costs.
- You will train colleagues to build up their expertise according to the Lean philosophy. You will be guiding the further implementation of the 5S program and help all departments to set for growth.
- You will guard the implementation of the new Management of Change process and coordinate.
- You support the maintenance department in the realization of projects concerning sustainability, infrastructure,
- After an entry period, you will use all the gathered information to initialize change processes in our PMC factory in Ostrow in Poland. You will share these best practices with other sites or business units and learn from them to improve the facility, processes and production.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field, for example chemistry. You have prior work experience in a quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- You are good at communication, spoken and in writing. You do not shy away from putting together understandable training sessions to convince people to join the BPI program. You can work well with the MS 365 package (including PowerPoint and Excel).Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
