Vestas' HR department "People & Culture" consists of more than 200 people in 5 HR regions.
People & Culture is specialised within three departments: Business Partnering, Global People Services and Centers of Excellence.
You will have about 20 colleagues in the office in Oostende, and you will be the locally responsible for coordinating and executing general HR processes covering Belgium and NL.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of supplementary agreements and certificates for Belgian and NL legal entities.
- Completion of general HR correspondence in Flemish/Dutch and English.
- Takeover, distribution and editing of P&C Service desk tickets from and via the in-house ticket system.
- Collaboration with internal P&C stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition and Payroll team
- Collaboration with external stakeholders such as managers, employees, and providers
- Handle HR generalist tasks within the area covering: pension, insurance, social security, benefits incl. meal vouchers

**Qualifications**
- Completed HR-related studies or commercial vocational training.
- Professional experience in a similar position (for example, HR officer, HR clerk, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Professional Flemish/Dutch skills
- Eloquent formulation and spelling abilities would be beneficial
