As member of the local HR Team you will support the HR Manager with local and international payroll administration. Additionally you will support with the coordination and administration of Recruiting and Training activities.

YOUR TASKS:
- Maintain accurate employee data in systems- Verify time and attendance system for accurate payroll processing- Process payroll in compliance with legal requirements and coordinate with external payroll offices in Belgium, France & Finland- Manage administrative tasks for fringe benefits (Sodexo, insurance, company cars)- Develop and update detailed payroll procedures- Coordinate recruitment activities with external partners and internal stakeholders- Manage onboarding process for temporary staff and handle related administrative tasks- Monthly follow-up of trainings, including coordination and documentation- Ensure traceability of training hours and maintain updated files for audits

YOUR PROFILE:
- Preferably Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or solid work experience in a payroll function- At least first experience with payroll administration activities, ideally for white and blue collar workers- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and act in a structured way- Business proficiency in French & English and advanced knowledge of MS Office- Software knowledge of “protime” and “Workday” is an advantage
