**Takenpakket**:
Wat zal je doen als Talent Acquisition Lead?
- Je staat in voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van A-Z, gaande van intakegesprekken tot het screenen van kandidaten, het opzetten van verschillende interviews en het onderhandelen van contracten.
- Hiernaast werk je ook mee aan de employer branding van het bedrijf, en stel je jezelf op als een echte ambassadeur.
- Je bent ook het contactpersoon voor je medewerkers, en beantwoord hun vragen over verschillende HR-policies.
- Ook gebruik je je passie voor mensen om actief mee te werken aan L&D.

**Profiel**:
Wie ben je als gedreven Talent Acquisition Lead?
- Je hebt al een eerdere ervaring opgedaan in rekrutering en beschikt idealiter over een bachelor’s diploma.
- Een eerste kennis van de sociale wetgeving is noodzakelijk, zo kan jij je medewerkers assisteren met vragen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plus
