Key Responsibilities:

- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to review and enhance existing procedures, striving for process optimization and better efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or University degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and technologies would be considered a plus.
- Timely Request Handling: Ability to act diligently and ensure the timely submission of access requests.
- Proactive and Team-Oriented: Exhibit proactive behavior in anticipating and addressing requests within the team and collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment, emphasizing patience, constructive attitude, and independent problem-solving.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on being a good communicator.
- Client Focus: Prioritize a client-centered work approach, ensuring customer satisfaction in IAM services.
- Analytical Mindset: Capable of analyzing problems and situations to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced team efficiencies.

Languages:

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
