Onze klant regio Mechelen is een internationale speler in distributie van specialty chemicals voor tal van toepassingen (voeding, chemie, farma)
We zoeken momenteel een QC laborant.

Als QC laborant rapporteer je aan de HSEQ Manager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van grondstoffen en eindproducten voor de eigen productie. Je draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van de analyses, het contact met externe labo’s en het onderhoud van de benodigde apparatuur.
- Je voert de kwaliteitscontrole uit van grondstoffen bij ontvangst; microbiologie en pH, viscositeit, titraties,..
- Je verwerkt de analysecertificaten van de grondstoffen;
- Je voert de kwaliteitscontrole uit van afgewerkte producten en verwerkt de resultaten tot een analysecertificaat;
- Je werkt samen met externe laboratoria voor het uitvoeren van specifieke analyses
- Bij afwijkingen ga je in overleg met de betrokkenen om de oorzaak te achterhalen en een corrigerende maatregel vast te stellen;
- Je volgt het monitoringsplan op voor de controle op contaminanten;
- Je zorgt voor het onderhoud van de benodigde lab-apparatuur; bestellingen van stockmateriaal
- Je voert de analyses ten behoeve van shelf life verlengingen uit;
- Je voert inspecties en controles uit op het gebied van voedselveiligheid en productkwaliteit;
- Je werkt mee aan projecten ter verbetering van het systeem.
