**Lean, Process & Project Manager**:

Dit alles met behulp van bedrijfseigen technologie en trade consulting waardoor onze klanten hun producten kunnen verkopen aan miljoenen klanten wereldwijd.
**Jouw missie**:
***Als rechterhand van de distributiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van processen. Hiernaast detecteer je opportuniteiten om onze processen te optimaliseren. Jouw missie luidt als volgt:
- Support geven aan de MCM en hun staff om procesverbeteringen tot een goed einde te brengen - Uitvoeren van lokale implementaties van nieuwe processen en projecten in overeenkomst met de nationale richtlijnen
- Toezien op het management en de coördinatie van het team (LEAN & field team) die op hun beurt de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de processen verhogen, alsook de KPI's op gebied van kwaliteit, budgetten en operationele werking nauwkeurig bewaken.
- Monitoren van het budget en plannen van delivrables voor de projecten in de zone van de DM
- Ondersteunen van lokale, regionale en nationale (transformatie) projecten binnen distributie en E2E-verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en opvolging van change management projecten voor het gebied van de DM.
**Jouw hoofdtaken**:
***Binnen deze rol neem je diverse taken op. We kunnen volgende verantwoordelijkheden clusteren onder 5 noemers:
1. Procesverbetering
- Bepalen van domeinen voor procesverbetering, opzetten van actieplannen om de operationele performantie (KPI’s) te verbeteren en objectieven te realiseren Verbetering van de methoden en processen op basis van de gedefinieerde prioriteiten (klantenservice, productiviteit, kwaliteit, ) Initiëren, stimuleren & opvolgen van de correctieve actieplannen op basis van resultaten & audits
Beheren en coördineren van de resources
2. Aansturen, coachen van het team, met een nadruk op het teweegbrengen van een verandering in “mindset” en cultuur.
3. Inventariseren en opvolgen van de trainingsbehoeftes van medewerkers
- Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor opvolgen en beheren van absenteïsme Rapportering, planning en budgetopvolging
- Zorgen voor een goede planning van alle regionale projecten en verbeterinitiatieven Zorgen voor een correcte en duidelijke rapportering van de status van projecten en budgetten van de regio van de DM Zorgen voor een duidelijke opvolging van de reorganisatiekalender Actief deelnemen aan de E2E-meetings tussen DM en MCM’s
4. Ondersteunen en begeleiden van projecten binnen het procesdomein Collect & Distributie en E2E:
- Opvolgen van de jaarplannen en operationeel plan van de DM voor zijn/haar MC’s, opstellen en opvolgen van hieraan gerelateerde actieplannen
- Support verlenen met het team aan het lijnmanagement en actief deelnemen aan en coördineren van de lokale implementatie van projecten in het proces domein “distributie” (Vb. transportorganisatie, GF RS/Seq, EOY organisatie, aanvoerprofiel collect,)
5. Change Management : Ondersteunen van het lijnmanagement door het change-management process te faciliteren doorheen het proces domein “distributie” in overleg met regionale collega’s en project managers In samenspraak met de projectmanagers, de projecten evalueren en lessen trekken voor de toekomst Jouw profiel: Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring Sterke kennis van processen in de logistieke sector Basis project management ervaring Communicatief sterk naar verschillende partijen - zowel intern als extern Ervaring in change management is een sterke plus Je neemt graag initiatief en gaat klantgericht te werk.
