**This is a great opportunity for a Financial Controller who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive financial excellence. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end financial operational activities within our Benelux region.**
**What you’ll do**:
- Partner with business units to align financial control activities with strategic objectives.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultative support.- Lead the period-end closing process, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial statements.- Deliver statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS and Country GAAP, facilitating external audits.- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and improvement.- Implement digital tools such as PowerBI, Robotics, and AI to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.- Champion digital transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to global reporting standards.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.- Proven experience in financial management with a focus on digital transformation.- Expertise in data analytics tools such as PowerBI; familiarity with Robotics, Machine Learning, and AI.- Thorough understanding of IFRS and Country GAAP compliance.- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
