Je challenge:
CareConnect into.care is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen van een efficiënte applicatie voor de woonzorgcentra.
Als Product Analyst bouw je mee aan de ontwikkeling van software om de werking binnen woonzorgcentra efficiënter te maken. Je bouwt bruggen tussen de klant & ons development team om zo ons product tot een hoger niveau te brengen.
Wat houdt de uitdaging in?
- Als product analyst maak je deel uit van onze afdeling ‘elderly’, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling van software voor woon-zorgcentra.
- In samenwerking met de product owner en/of productmanager, ga je mee op zoek naar de noden van de klanten en de trends in de markt. Je weegt hierbij de technische en commerciële risico’s af.
- Je werkt mee aan de vertaling van de nodige functionaliteit naar concrete user stories en staat in voor het opmaken van use cases, workflows en wire frames.
- Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van testing criteria en scenario’s. Je zal zelf ook mee instaan voor het testen van de applicatie.
- Afgewerkte features documenteer je voor zowel onze klanten als onze support-afdeling.
- Opmaken van korte video’s die bepaalde functionaliteiten in de verf zetten.
- Je zal piloot klanten ondersteunen met als doel kwaliteitsvolle producten op de markt te zetten.
- Daarnaast ben je het uniek aanspreekpunt als 3de lijns ondersteuning voor onze support-afdeling. Je stemt af met het development team hoe problemen kunnen opgelost worden en tracht deze aanpassingen te integreren in het release management programma zodat dergelijke problemen in de toekomst kunnen worden vermeden.
- Je werkt minstens 1 dag per week vanuit ons kantoor in Vilvoorde en minstens 1 dag per week vanuit ons kantoor in Gent.

- Je hebt ervaring in de healthcare sector en kennis van soortgelijke producten.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT en de gezondheidszorg software. Je bent sterk gemotiveerd om mee te werken aan het uitwerken van oplossingen die zorgen voor een nog vlottere zorgbeleving van de patiënt en de zorgorganisatie.
- Je hebt een analytische geest die vlot verschillende informatie kan verwerken en met elkaar integreren, en die ook ‘out of the box’ durft te denken.
- Je bent leergierig en zelfstandig en denkt klant
- en oplossingsgericht.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het analyseren en testen van applicaties. Hierdoor weet je een goede balans te behouden tussen requirements en usability.
- Je kan vlot communiceren met de verschillende betrokkenen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een sterke plus.
