We zoeken een Senior Business of Enterprise Architect die zelf als architect ownership neemt over projecten en die een coachende en ondersteunende rol kan opnemen naar projectteams doorheen de organisatie.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan je snel de werking, principes en richtlijnen van een organisatie eigen maken.
- Je krijgt zelf projecten toegewezen waarvan je inhoudelijk als architect owner bent, en die je volgens die richtlijnen en principes van de organisatie realiseert. Je werkt concrete oplossingen uit voor business uitdagingen.
- Je coacht en ondersteunt project
- en productteams bij hun zoektocht naar de beste oplossing en het uitwerken van hun architecturen. Je helpt hen om de algemene strategie, principes en processen te vertalen ifv concrete business noden. Dat doe je op maat van het projectteam: bij sommigen zal een high level review volstaan, anderen neem je stap voor stap bij de hand.
- Je tekent oplossings
- en domeinarchitecturen, maakt roadmaps en inschattingen, en andere organisatie-eigen project deliverables. En je bent in staat om algemene architectuurprincipes en -richtlijnen uit te werken ter ondersteuning van de project
- en productteams.
- Je bent in staat om de invulling van je rol aan te passen aan de noden van de situatie, van ontwerpend en coördinerend tot meer uitvoerend.
**Requirements**:
- Je neemt initiatief, je werkt zelfstandig en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap op.
- Je schrikt er niet voor terug om voor groepen (fysiek of digitaal) te presenteren ifv kennisdeling.
- Je bent de brug tussen leidinggevenden en technici. Je communiceert helder en gevat, zowel mondeling en schriftelijk, op maat van je gesprekspartner.
- Je kan technische oplossingen vertalen naar business value en omgekeerd. Je hebt inzicht in financiële en andere kosten en baten. Je bent vertrouwd met begrippen zoals return on investment (ROI) en total cost of ownership (TCO), en houdt hier rekening mee in je voorstellen en keuzes.
