**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions **is momenteel op zoek naar een **Business Controller Logistic & Supply** voor een klant gelegen in Brussel.
Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de **energiesector.**
Als **Business Controller** **Logistic & Supply** zal u volgende **verantwoordelijkheden** hebben:
- Follow-up van de maandelijkse Opex
- en Capex-rapportering met de managers van de afdelingen Logistic & Supply, inclusief de verschillende analyses en rechtvaardigingen die ermee verband houden (volumeanalyse, primaire en secundaire tpt, inkomsten, resultaat van handelspartners,...);
- Communiceren van specifieke Logistic & Supply reportings aan Central Controlling (logistieke resultaten, D-1 verkoopseffect, open papieren,...);
- Expertise bieden in SAP en Controlling om het beheer van prijsrisico's en het toezicht op organische resultaten te vergemakkelijken;
- Rapportage-instrumenten organiseren om managers in staat te stellen de Opex
- en Capex-budgetten te controleren;
- Ervoor zorgen dat budgetten worden verantwoord en dat afwijkingen worden opgevolgd met operationele managers. Corrigerende maatregelen nemen en deze controleren om zo nodig bij te sturen en adequaat te anticiperen;
- Toezicht houden op interne audits en steekproefsgewijze controles om te zorgen voor consistente boekingen;
- Zorgen voor informatie en ondersteuning binnen de afdelingen Logistic & Supply voor de verwerking van uitgaven in SAP, aanbevelingen en follow-up van corrigerende maatregelen en het mínimaliseren van terugkerende anomalieën;
- Coördineren van alle begrotingsoefeningen van de afdeling (lange termijnplan + jaarlijkse budget);
- Vaststelling, bewaking en interpretatie van KPI's met het verzamelen van de nodige informatie (centralisatie van de rapportage);
- Monitoring van synergieën, verbeteringen in termen van afdelingsproductiviteit op een meetbare manier;
- Ontwikkeling van specifieke rapporten op verzoek van afdelingsdirecteuren en de ontwikkeling van betrouwbare en efficiënte beheerskaarten (SAP of andere);
- Optimalisering van processen via de ontwikkeling van nieuwe procedures.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie van **Business Controller Logistic & Supply** zijn:
- Achtergrond in Business Management of Finance;
- Eerdere ervaring in de financiële sector is een voordeel;
- Beheer van SAP, BO of Colibrien MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word,...);
- Analytisch en resultaatgericht;
- Je werkt graag samen met verschillende mensen en afdelingen;
- Je hebt initiatief en autonomie;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Nederlands. Basiskennis van het Engels.
