**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- You will be part of the Veepee Benelux Travel team. Together with your colleagues your mission will be to bring accurate and appealing travel & entertainment sales online.

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:

- As Travel Coordinator, you ensure the liaison between multiple internal departments (Sales B2B, customer care service ) as well as external to the company (mainly local partner brands). Always focusing on deadline delivery, you collect the relevant and necessary content assets (visuals, stocks, prices ) to set up qualitative performing sales on our website.
- You ensure the accuracy of the required assets and provide amendments if necessary in order to respect our guidelines and technical requirements. You set up all the assets using multiple content tools and upload the sales on our website.
- You perform daily checks of the online sales and give feedback and/or solve problems if necessary in order to help minimize errors or issues of the sales and maximize the customer experience.
- You are responsible for the analysis and the reporting of the sale results to the partners.
- You are involved in different internal projects.
- You back up the B2B when necessary (mainly on administrative or operational tasks).

**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Travel/Tourism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and Dutch.
- A good knowledge of English.
- The ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Sense of precision.
- Team spirit.
- Very good computer software skills such as Excel.

**\uD83D\uDC49 NICE TO HAVE skills**:

- Experience as travel agent or in a (online) travel agency is a plus.
- You are passionate about the e-commerce sector.
- Good communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
