Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Kitbuild Assistant, located in La Louvière, Belgium.
**The function holder**:
- Ensures and supports Operations of European Distribution Center (DC BEK001 La Louvière) in Good Distribution Practices in the warehouse.
- Works in line with Credo Values, Supply Chain and J&J Deliver Requirements.
- Works in line with the J&J Safety, Health and Environmental principles.
- Participates to the process improvement in the operations and administrative activities
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist third party’s operator on operations activities (Receiving, putaway and shipping of modules)
- Support Operations in prioritizing urgent orders to ensure their handling in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely between Supply Chain/Franchises and Operations. (third party’s operators)
- Liaise between Quality and third party’s operators on different QA related issues (Sell by Date/Quarantine)
- To work closely with CS and third party’s operators on trouble shoot
- Ensure trouble shooting is handled in timely and efficient manner with different stakeholders (Operations / Supply Chain / Customer Services and Carriers).
- Ensure accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting is updated on regular basis in timely manner
- Preparation and writing of SOP's and Work Instructions.
- Collaborates with other departments for documentation content and ensure Good Recording Practices are followed.
- Participate in complaint investigation and root cause analysis.

**Education**:
- Preferably minimum of secondary education level qualifications.
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- 2-5 years’ experience in the medical device (or relevant) in operations environment.
- Experience & interest in ERP system, data analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations (basics)
- Competences: well organized, sense of priorities, critical thinking and ability to work well with multiple team members and stakeholders. Ability to focus on analysis and problem solving.
- Can work independently, confident to work in lively and pressured environment.
- English (moderate level)
