Wil jij bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze Claims Property afdeling door jouw expertise te brengen aan het team? Als Claims handler Property, werk je samen met de Team Leader door jouw expertise in te brengen op technische dossiers. Je deelt je kennis met het team door opleidingen en continue verbeteringen. Tot slot, speel je ook een sleutel rol als technical coach in de ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

**We rekenen op jou voor de volgende taken**:
- Je beheert zelfstandig schadedossiers. Dit houdt in:
- Reservaties beheren en aanpassen in functie van de evolutie van het dossier
- De nodige informatie en gegevens met betrekking tot de claim verzamelen om een beslissing te nemen
- Beslissen over de interventie of niet van mogelijke dienstverleners, en om de claim te accepteren of niet
- Klanten en makelaars continue op de hoogte te houden van de evolutie van het dossier
- Je analyseert de schade, verzamelt de nodige informatie en stelt bassende oplossingen voor
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de reserves en de evolutie van de claims
- Je bepaalt, onderhandelt en betaalt een vergoeding in overeenstemming met jouw bevoegdheden
- Je analyseert en neemt deelt aan de besluitvorming bij de meer technische en complexe dossiers
- Je neemt actief deel aan het coachen en opleiden van teamleden
- Je speelt een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van de afdeling door verbetervoorstellen te doen en deel te nemen aan innovatie
