You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line. This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance, and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you’ll report to the DevOps Tribe Lead in Worldline Online Payments Division. There is also a strong connection required with the Product and Operations teams at the CPO Acceptance business division and at Group level.

**Signs of success**

By driving a culture of efficient delivery the "DevOps Integration Lead" aims to foster close collaboration with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Program Management, Marco Polo, United, etc.
- You drive a culture of efficient delivery within and outside the Tribe for strategic initiatives such as Marco Polo, United, Astra, etc
- You coordinate & manage deliveries that are across multiple Tribes by close collaboration with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Program Management, Marco Polo, United, etc
- You support autonomous Squads in executing the development, QA, delivery, and operations of several complex business initiatives, in a DevOps manner
- You participate actively in the DevOps transformation, by refining processes and promoting methodologies
- You have the unique ability to bring the Agile world and Waterfall world together
- You work close to stakeholders, to drive alignment and collaboration of to-be delivered strategic initiatives
- You report on Tribe delivery, ramp up, capacity planning, budget vs actual, by defining metrics and extracting tribe results
- You support Product Owners through planning during the implementation phase
- You get the alignment of priorities with POs, Product Managers, and stakeholders of strategic initiatives
- You have a Hands-on technical understanding of software development and DevOps
- You maintain a culture of commitment and partnership between your tribe and all parts of the organization.
- You work closely with IT Tribe Leads and Directors and other counterparts outside the department (Finance, HR) to drive alignment and collaboration.
- You act as a central point of contact for strategic initiatives such as Marco Polo, United, Astra, etc
- You liaison with other tribes and 3rd parties

**Skills we can't do without**:
Here are the skills you must have to fulfil your responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- An understanding of more “classic” project management.
- “Boots on the ground”, ie should be onsite in Brussels and able to interact closely with the dev teams.
- Demonstrated relationship building, networking, and collaboration, negotiation skills, strong influencing and persuasion skills;
- Analytical skills: Able to come up with and clearly communicate very pragmatic and practical solutions to immensely complex integration problems.
- Ability to build consensus in an environment of conflicting interests and ensure execution of agreed initiatives - always focused towards result;
- Strong ability to analyze complex situations and present solutions in a structured way at Director and C-Level;
- Excellent planning skills, ability to split large deliveries into small epics, features, and user stories prioritized by value delivered, in collaboration with the Product Owner;
- Assertive and a driver of change and delivery;
- Ability to work cross-culturally and across regions;
- Lean / Agile attitude and mindset.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps, Project Management, and Reporting.
- Knowledge of the Payment Industry is plus
- At least 10 years of working experience in complex environments in the role of Project Manager, Release Manager, Delivery Manager, Integration Manager, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in large organizations in roles which include structure and planning of activities, estimation of time and costs, execution as planned, delivery of results;
- Ability to work across functional and business unit lines and develop and maintain a culture of partnership with the Group project and product delivery managers and between all parts of the organization.
