As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving **sales excellence** within our organization. Your primary objective will be to lead, coach, and empower our sales team to **deliver exceptional results** and **achieve ambitious sales targets.** By providing continuous **guidance and training**, you will ensure that our team members adopt the optimal customer approach and consistently **meet or exceed sales goals.**
As our Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- **Lead, coach, and manage a team** of sales associates and executives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Set **ambitious sales targets** and drive a **culture of high performance** and accountability to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Actively monitor **sales pipeline, activity,** and forecasts to adapt sales strategies proactively to changing market conditions.
- Develop and implement **sales training programs** to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement techniques.
- Analyze **sales data and market trends** to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Build a sales machine both inbound and outbound.
- Foster a collaborative environment that **encourages teamwork** and knowledge sharing among sales team members.
- Attract and hire **a high-performance team** and support their ongoing **skill development** to achieve target goals.
**Who are we looking for ?** To truly be successful in this role you'll need:
- Proven first experience in **sales management** with a track record of successful experience working as a sales rep.
- Demonstrated ability to **attract, hire,** **coach, develop people, and build high-performing teams.**:
- Based on your experience as sales rep, you are able to **coach** your team members and give them **practical advice** on how to improve towards excellent sales professionals while also developing & owning the “Nodalview Sales playbook”.
- You are interested to **continuously improve the sales processes** based on articles, trainings and general trends in software sales
- Strong **business judgment** and **analytical thinking** skills.
- Adaptability and thrive in a **fast-paced** and growing environment.
- Fluency in **English and French.**:
- Experience in a **B2B** environment; knowledge of **HubSpot** is a plus.
- Experience in the **SaaS** industry is highly desirable.
