PMV, een Vlaamse investeringsmaatschappij, is op zoek naar een Legal Counsel gespecialiseerd in corporate M&A of corporate finance met minstens 4 jaar ervaring om hun juridisch team te versterken.

**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**

Als Legal Counsel:

- Maak je deel uit van het juridisch team van PMV van een tiental personen;
- Ben je van bij de aanvang betrokken bij complexe investeringsdossiers en werk je nauw samen met de investeringsmanagers om verschillende transacties tot een mooi resultaat te brengen;
- Zorg je voor de uitwerking van de juridische structurering van de transacties, het opvolgen van de due diligences en opmaak van de relevante contracts
- en zekerheidsdocumentatie;
- Onderhoud je contacten met de verschillende interne en externe stakeholders: klanten, externe advocatenkantoren, adviseurs, ;
- Krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken en/of de lead te nemen van verschillende projectgroepen;
- Rapporteer je aan de Group Manager Legal Affairs.

**Herken je jezelf hierin?**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma rechten en hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring;
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Corporate M&A of Corporate Finance;
- Je hebt een passie voor innovatieve en ambitieuze bedrijven;
- Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en teamgeoriënteerde cultuur waar tal van hoog kwalitatieve interacties hand in hand gaan met het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheden en autonoom werken;
