Onze klant heeft afgelopen jaren een gigantische groei doorgemaakt en is nu een wereldspeler in zijn vak.
Je komt er terecht in een dynamisch digitaal marketing & customer ecperience team.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Jouw nieuwe functie is allesomvattend wat betreft CRM:
Enerzijds ga je als CRM support de dagelijkse werking van het Salesforce platform in goede banen leiden (o.a. user management, data management,...).
Verder ga je ook trainingen opmaken en geven voor de key users.
Qua data management ga je key users bijstaan in hun databeheer en sta je in voor het onderhoud van de databases zodat deze steeds nauwkeurig en up-to-date blijven.
Bovendien zal je als een echte project manager verschillende CRM-projecten opleveren in samenwerking met je manager.
Ten slotte ga je ook rapporteringen opzetten die de acceptatie, betrokkenheid, gegevenskwaliteit en het algehele succes van het platform in alle markten vergroten.
**Jouw profiel**
Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma op zak en reeds een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
Indien je reeds gewerkt hebt met een CRM-pakket (zoals o.a. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Monday) is dit een grote meerwaarde, toch staat de klant ook zeker open voor iemand die bereid is dit aan te leren.
Je bent van nature analytisch en proactief en kan vlot overweg met Excel.
Je ziet jezelf wel in een functie waarin je zowel op projectbasis werkt alsook snel kan schakelen naar het geven van support indien nodig.
