For TML Ghent, we''re looking for a Teamleader Invoicing/Credit Control.
In this position you are responsible for an invoicing team of 4 people.
In order to fully familiarize yourself with the activities of the team, you will participate fully operationally during your training period. Your tasks will thus be as followed:
- You are responsible for the complete invoicing process for different locations of our company at home and abroad.
- You answer various incoming questions, related to invoicing and credit control, from customers and internal departments.
- You are in close contact with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of the invoicing process.
- You think and work on improvements and optimizations of the existing processes to support the further growth of the company
- You act as a back-up within the Invoicing department for the correct creation of new customers and confirmation of transport invoices.
After the familiarization period you will be responsible for the team. You will act as people coach and assist the employees where necessary. You will report to the responsible person of the complete Finance department. You will not only communicate with your team members, but also with other departments such as Business Development and Operations.

- Do you have an A1 diploma in an administrative or financial field or are you equivalent through experience?
- Do you have experience with invoicing?
- Do you have a good knowledge of MS Office?
- Do you have a good knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language?
- Are you very communicative and can you deal with different personalities?
- Do you like working with numbers and are you extremely accurate?
- Are you a team player and are you hands-on?
- Are you a coaching leader and do you like responsibility?
- Are you ambitious?
- Are you willing to cooperate operationally, but do you have a good strategic vision up your sleeve?
