**Commercial Performance Business Analyst**

**Wat is het doel van de functie?**
De missie van het Commercial Performance team is Arval België te ondersteunen en de omgeving te creëren om haar commerciële doelstellingen te bereiken.
Binnen het Commercial Performance team is de commercial performance business analyst verantwoordelijk om, door middel van analyse en monitoring van de corporate
- en retail sales performance, de verschillende teams te adviseren en te ondersteunen om zo de vooropgestelde targets te behalen.
**Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om de commerciële resultaten te verwerken, te interpreteren, te analyseren en in het juiste kader te plaatsen, om zo de juiste adviezen te formuleren voor het management.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het opzetten van het Sales & Marketing plan, alsook de opvolging van de uitvoering hiervan. Door middel van de analyse van de sales resultaten, het gebruik van onze tools en de opvolging van de verschillende producten, help je mee de rapportage van KPI’s en sales activiteiten op te zetten en te verbeteren.
- Je helpt mee aan het commercieel performant maken van de nieuwe mobiliteitsoplossingen, onder andere door je actieve ondersteuning in ad hoc projecten voor de sales en voor de andere afdelingen. Je geldt als aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen inzake interne commerciële reporting.
- Als commercial performance business analyst ben je daarnaast mee verantwoordelijk om de commerciële pricing strategie te implementeren en op te volgen samen met het hele commercial performance team.
Je rapporteert aan de Commercial Performance Manager.
**Waar ben je goed in?**
- Je hebt minimum een Bachelor denk
- en werkniveau.
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen en hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt een analytische geest, werkt nauwkeurig en je wilt zaken uitzoeken en doorgronden.
- Jouw motivatie en gedrevenheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen vinden wij dan ook top Wij hechten enorm veel belang aan jouw persoonlijkheid en ingesteldheid.
- Bovendien spreek je Nederlands, heb je een goede kennis van het Engels en voldoende kennis van het Frans.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en of andere tools.
- Je kan perfect autonoom functioneren, maar houdt ook van werken in team.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en met jouw positief kritische blik ga je volledig voor efficiëntie.
- Je weet jouw taken zo te organiseren dat deadlines vlot gehaald worden.
- Je hebt oog voor detail, maar bewaart ook steeds het overzicht.
- Verder hou je van variatie en ben je in staat om je snel aan te passen en snel te schakelen bij wisselende prioriteiten en een snel veranderende wereld.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en groeit zo uit tot een echte business partner van de commerciële teams.
