**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Je behartigt en bouwt de projectmarkt verder uit met de brand IVC Commercial (tapijttegels en LVT).

Je omzet wordt gerealiseerd door het detecteren, calculeren, opvolgen en finaliseren van projecten in het office segment.

De cirkel van de projectenwereld kent voor jou geen geheimen meer en je weet exact hoe je succesvol projecten kan winnen.

Je zal meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van onze producten in Vlaanderen. In overleg met de country manager office maak je een budget /klantenplan op. Teamwork is primordiaal.

Je bezoekt zowel de grotere architectenkantoren en projectontwikkelaars alsook bouwheren, investeerders, projectinrichters, facility managers en installatiebedrijven

**Profiel**:
Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je kan terugblikken op 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in een succesvolle buitendienstrol binnen de bouwprojectwereld.

Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans en Engels.

Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office. Ervaring met een CRM systeem is een troef.

Door je dynamiek, enthousiasme en servicegerichtheid weet je mensen te overtuigen en te binden.

Doorheen de jaren heb je een solide netwerk opgebouwd

Je getuigt van een grote mate van autonomie en bent ook een teamspeler met een sterk ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid.
