Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Health, Safety & Environment activiteiten op dagelijkse basis zoals:
- Je stelt procedures en instructies op over veiligheid en arbeidsomstandigheden en zorgt voor de implementatie ervan.
- Je waakt over de naleving van wettelijke voorschriften op gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
- Je voert veiligheidsinspecties en observaties uit op de verschillende locaties. Je spreekt medewerkers aan en luistert naar hun bezorgheden op vlak van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
- Je waakt over de veiligheidsmanagementsystemen op de werklocaties.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het ontwerp en de uitvoering van het jaaractieplan en het globaal preventieplan.
- Je helpt bij de implementatie van de veiligheidssystemen en jaaractieplannen.
- Je geeft advies en werkt mee aan het opstellen van een risico-inventarisatie en -evaluatie, plan van aanpak en actieplannen, en trendanalyses.
- Je assisteert bij ongevalsonderzoeken;
- Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding, coördinatie en supervisie van vergunningsprocessen, ondersteund door interne senior experts
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelordiploma Integrale Veiligheid, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Preventieadviseur niveau II is een plus
- Milieucoördinator niveau B is een plus
- Werkervaring van 2 tot 10 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie
- Sterke bereidheid om professionele vaardigheden te ontwikkelen (bijv. projectmanagement, veiligheidsvoorschriften, beheer van vergunningen)
- Open en internationaal gerichte persoonlijkheid, comfortabel met het werken in een omgeving met vlakke hiërarchieën; sterke motivatie en bereid om de mouwen op te stropen
