**Your mission**:

- As an extension of our "Testaankoop Invest" publications and the advice given therein, you will provide consumers with further information and respond in real time to a wide range of questions or requests relating to investments, insurance (life and non-life) and consumer credit You handle and advise on contentious cases with a financial impact for the consumer

**Your profile**:

- Master degree, preferably with a financial or economic orientation
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar function
- Experience in financial investments with a good knowledge of Consumer Finance
- Successful completion of an FSMA approved insurance training course for PCPs is an asset
- Perfect command of French (both written and spoken) with a good knowledge of Dutch
- Customer-oriented and a good listener, you are able to explain technical matters in simple terms
- Good telephone skills and clarity - contact centre experience is an asset but not a must
- Analytical mind and sense of responsibility to solve problems effectively
- Flexible and stress resistant, you enjoy working in a team
