**As an Assistant you are going to**:

- ** **Have a clear understanding of what the team priorities are, and act proactively upon them**:

- ** **Provide support to the team regarding the organization/preparation of meetings, conference calls, projects**:

- ** **Prepare documents for organized meetings (presentations,.xls,) and include regular checkpoints in the process to guarantee operational success in line with compliance guidelines**:

- ** **Check/monitor/create/follow-up specific systems, as defined**:

- ** **Interact professionally with external clients, associations, suppliers.**:

- ** **Handle all administrative tasks (enquiries, requests, appointments, calls, diaries,...) in an optimal, timely & proactive way**:

- ** **Arrange travel and accommodation**:

- ** **Create and follow-up purchase orders and check approval**:

- ** **Support a correct budget analysis and follow-up across the team**

**Essential skills and qualifications**:

- A degree and/or equivalent experience
- Fluent Dutch, French and English - both written and verbal
- Proven experience working as an assistant/office manager
- Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, internet, SAP, etc.

**Desirable for the role**:

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Easy navigation within a matrix organization
