**Your role**:
As our **event manager**, you are an essential part of our Brand Marketing team. You will take ownership of **managing global business events** from A to Z:
- You will be the go-to person within the organisation for all events, from intimate internal inspiration sessions to big external conferences.
- You will manage our events both on a strategic and practical level.
- You will be working with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You will guide our existing event processes to a higher level.
- You support the rollout of marketing and communication campaigns in the context of our global event management.
- You own and follow up on the Marketing event budget.
You act as well as **an internal community management expert** and will be facilitating and supporting our ongoing initiatives and events to keep up the positive pace that thrives our Bluecrux community feeling
- and culture:
- You will manage our monthly “Bluecrux community” meetings, what we call our “LFM (Last Friday Meeting)".
- You will be the go-to person for other internal initiatives supporting our Bluecrux community.
**Your skills**:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing-, Communications - or Business management.
- You have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as an event manager (both on a strategic and operational level), or within a relevant Sales or Marketing role with a focus on events.
- You are above all a brand-savvy and business-focused person, you understand how to create an impact on a specific marketing target audience.
- You know how to organize yourself, and you show a meticulous working style, with an eye for detail. A skillset in digital project management tools is a big plus.
- You get energy from working with others and helping out and you can contaminate others with your vibrant enthusiasm
- You are proficient in English, our internal language. Further, you have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You identify with our values of taking ownership and working with a smile. Above all, you are professional in your communication and can be trusted with confidential information. You love Fridays but are equally happy on Monday morning.
- You show a willingness to travel (occasionally).
