Last but not least, we have a **Used Cars centre in Machelen** - operating under the name **bravoauto** - where we offer used Toyota and Lexus cars as well as used cars of other brands to private customers.

For the **expansion** of **bravoauto**, we are currently looking for a **Temporary **Sales Admin & Delivery employee** to join our team.

**Function**

**1. Administrative & Logistic follow-up of files related to the purchase and sales of second-hand cars**
- Weekly/monthly/yearly UC delivery forecast
- Follow-up on sales files
- Create related UC-cars in smartsheet
- Provide the right documents & items (Keys, service books,) to sales admin for state-of-the art administration
- Request and follow-up on reimbursements & payments (administration)
- Visit and finalize C2B customers (check car, check admin, conclude purchase discussion)
- Organize transport of purchased cars

**2. Stock Follow-up**
- Support management and control of stock of used car
- Support Sales management in stock organization (different entities)
- Support optimalisation of stock rotation
- Follow up the invoicing/processing of the payment of the vehicles

**Profile**
- You have interest and knowledge of the automotive sector
- You have good organisation skills and can work independently
- You like to put the customer first and stand for a personalised approach per customer.
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and French, English or any other language is a plus
