Διαθέτουμε περίπου 70 resorts,σε 26 χώρες, τα οποία λειτουργούν για χειμερινή ή καλοκαιρινή σαιζόν. Κάποια απο αυτά είναι ανοιχτά όλο το χρόνο. Προσφέρουμε στους πελάτες μας υψηλής ποιότητας διακοπές τόσο στο βουνό όσο και δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

Εάν:
Εχετε προυπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε luxury resorts
Είστε διακριτικοί και οργανωμένοι και έχετε στόχο να κάνετε τους πελάτες να αισθάνονται σαν στο σπίτι τους.
Γνωρίζετε την έννοια της "προσωποποιημένες ποιοτικης εξυπηρέτησης" με στόχο ο κάθε πελάτης να ζει στο resort μια μοναδική εμπειρία.
Εχετε την αίσθηση της εξυπηρέτησης και δίνετε προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σας θα είναι οι εξής:
Είστε υπεύθυνοι για την καθαριότητα του resort (600 έως 1500 κλίνες)
Διαχείριζεστε την ομάδα προσωπικού του Housekeeping (ομάδες 30-50 ατόμων)
Συντάσετε το πρόγραμμα προσωπικού του Housekeeping ανάλογα με την πληρότητα τoυ resort
Eλέγχετε ότι οι εργασίες εκτελούνται σύμφωνα με τα υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας του Club Med
Παρακινείτε την ομάδα σας γύρω από καθορισμένους στόχους και υποστηρίζετε την εξέλιξη των εργαζόμενων.
Eλέγχετε την καθαριότητα των δωματίων και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και να αναφέρετε τυχόν βλάβες στο τμήμα συντήρησης
Γνωρίζετε καλά τους χώρους του resort το και συνεργάζεστε με τα άλλα τμήματα (υποδοχή, πλυντήριο, τροφοδοσία)
Προβλέπετε και να ανταποκρίνεστε στις διάφορες απαιτήσεις και ανάγκες των πελατών
Αξιοποιείτε τον επαγγελματικό εξοπλισμό υψηλής ποιότητας και τις καινοτομίες που εξασφαλίζουν άνετες συνθήκες εργασίας και μεγαλύτερη αυτονομία
Παρακολουθείτε των επιπέδων των αποθεμάτων, προσδιορίζετε τις ανάγκες σε προμήθειες και υποβάλετε τις παραγγελίες στον υπεύθυνο αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών
Εγγυάστε την υψηλή ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών, και ακολουθείτε τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας του Club Med
