We are looking for an **Account Executive **to spearhead our outbound sales efforts.

**What you will do**:

- You’ll be a full cycle AE. You will not be booking meetings for someone else but will yourself be interacting with HR managers, CFO’s and CEO’s of some of the coolest companies in Belgium on a daily basis.
- With your drive and charisma you build, from scratch, a client portfolio consisting of SMEs across Belgium.
- You understand the needs of our potential customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR managers)
- You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out hot potential prospects to guiding customers to order their first cars with us.
- You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.

**Your profile**:

- **Work experience** in a fast-paced environment is a plus but is not needed, as long as you have the right mentality and are extremely motivated
- **Resourceful**:This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
- **Eager to learn**:Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself.
- **Winner’s mentality**:You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in **English and Dutch**. French is a plus
- Affinity for automotive is a plus
- You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
