**The Role**

You will help maximize the sustainable growth of our Service business by joining a dedicated team where you will help coordinate, support, and implement Data driven operations for Power Technique products. Within a cross-functional team you will explore and drive new insights, both machine as market based, and develop new processes that can be used or developed to ensure a better visibility, understanding and performance on the active fleet and service-related activities.

As a Data Analyst focusing on Machine data, you will work together with the different stakeholders (management, data team, IT) to determine the business needs and potential value to generate valuable data insights and triggers. You will consolidate and translate the operational request from our product managers and customer centers. This will cover both sales and technical support related items where you will be collecting business and technical requirements. You will then define and validate POC and coordinate the development and deployment of these deliverables into production.

**What we expect of you?**
- Advanced data analysis skills (i.e. cleaning, pivoting, grouping, etc.)
- Ability to process and analyze Telematics/ IOT data for machine behavioral analysis
- Sound level of understanding of SQL & time series
- Knowledge and experience in working in Microsoft Azure environments
- Experience with Synapse Analytics/ Python / Power Bi / Azure Data Explorer
- Sound communication skills to extract business requirements from different user profiles into technical development deliverables.
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, specialization in Data Science & AI is a plus
- Flexible responsiveness to deliverable timelines
- You’re a self-learner who takes interest in learning about new technology and opportunities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Flexible to travel
- Fluency in English

**In addition to this, it is a bonus if you have any of the following**:

- Background in technical support or engineering of mechanical/ electrical equipment
- Advanced working knowledge of relational databases
