To support our growing **Executive Search** practice in Belgium we are currently looking for a:
**Manager Search Execution**

The Manager Search Execution will manage, coach and develop the search execution team (consisting of the Search Coordinator, Associate(s) and Research Consultants). You will lead by example and as such, inspire the execution team to grow to the next level.

**Responsibilities related to the management role**:

- Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment decisions
- Facilitate the on boarding process of new hires
- Provide coaching and leadership to the execution team
- Share best practices and streamline execution processes
- Conduct periodic performance appraisals
- Provide input on performance for bonus calculations
- To ensure that the team understands their responsibilities and how the company assesses and rewards performance
- To recommend staffing changes to the Managing Director
- To handle staff issues Responsibilities related to the Associate role

**Next to the managerial responsibilities, you will**:

- Collaborate with Managing Director to develop a focused search strategy.
- Maintain progress, status and market feedback reports for presentation to Managing Director and Client
- Conduct industry specific research from primary and secondary sources; gather information from the client, Managing Director, and marketplace to gain comprehensive understanding of the industry, business situation and the position requirements.
- Align with Research Department to maintain data and information on relevant trends and challenges in the marketplace.
- Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all search information.
- Create position advertisements when necessary.
- Win searches or generate Executive Search leads Profile

**Profile**
- Master degree
- A successful track record of minimum of 3 years business experience
- Recruiting/interviewing experience is an advantage
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present difficult and complex matters in straightforward and clear manner.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Results oriented, stress resistant and able to work against deadlines
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative work environment.
- The ability to build credibility and trust with various internal and external stakeholders/ ability to interact with executives
- People management skills : natural ability to coach, develop and manage a team
