Om ons communicatieteam op de hoofdzetel in Leuven te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een freelance marketing manager.
Als marketing manager bij SBB leid je de brandingsstrategie, versterk je onze merkidentiteit en zet je marketingplannen om in actie. Je stimuleert teamgroei, zorgt voor vlotte samenwerking en beheert interne en externe communicatie.

**Jouw uitdagingen**:
- **Strategieontwikkeling**: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een sterke strategie voor zowel corporate als employer branding om SBB als accountants
- en advieskantoor én topwerkgever te positioneren en onze naamsbekendheid te vergroten.
- **Budgetbeheer**: Je beheert het marketingbudget en zorgt ervoor dat de middelen effectief worden ingezet voor gerichte marketingactiviteiten die bijdragen aan de organisatiedoelstellingen.
- **Marketingstrategie en -campagnes**: Je ontwikkelt een alomvattende marketingstrategie voor SBB en haar dochterbedrijven, voert marktonderzoek uit, creëert campagnes en monitort de resultaten. Dit omvat korte en langetermijn go-to-marketplannen voor bv. landbouwadvies, ESG-initiatieven en e-invoicing.
- **Team aansturen**: Je faciliteert de groei van elke individuele medewerker, geeft permanente feedback en coaching, en ondersteunt hun professionele ontwikkeling.
- **Interne en externe communicatie**: Je vertaalt de missie en visie van SBB naar het team, motiveert en inspireert hen, en zorgt voor heldere en effectieve interne en externe communicatie.

- **Opleiding en ervaring**: Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in marketing of een gerelateerd vakgebied, met zo’n 10 jaar relevante B2B-ervaring.
