Mobility Manager

As a Mobility Manager within the Rewards, Benefits & Payroll team, you'll play a leading role in crafting and executing our organization's mobility strategy. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and executing initiatives to optimize employee mobility, aligning with our broader vision for sustainability and efficiency. Reporting to the Rewards Director, you will collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive impactful change.
**Key Responsibilities of the Mobility Manager**:
- **Strategy Development**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a visionary mobility strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- **Sustainable Mobility**:Advocate for eco-friendly commuting options and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
- **Company Vehicle Fleet Management**:Oversee the management of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to align mobility policies with broader organizational objectives.
- **Data-Driven Decision-Making**:Utilize data analysis to assess mobility patterns, utilization rates, and cost efficiencies.
- **Leadership**:Lead and inspire the Mobility team to achieve excellence and drive innovation.
**Your profile**:
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in business, Transport, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mobility management within a large organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a vision for transforming mobility.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Knowledge and experience in sustainability, consulting, or related industries is a plus.
