**Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme**:
**Education required**: You are regularly **enrolled** in a Bachelor/Master in Management, Law or Psychology in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

**Language requirement**: French (+ good knowledge of English)

**Other requirements**: Interest in DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - belonging to HR department) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Willing to work with people and human interest. Willing to learn and take up project management.

**Expected start date**: 2 September 2024

**Duration**:3 months

**Work arrangements**:hybrid if needed (on site is preferred - telework is possible under certain conditions)

**Requisite**: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

**Remuneration**: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

**What will you do?**
- Discover DEI (HR) and EHS departments - discuss these topics with GSK management as well as employees.
- DEI: develop and implement the DEI polity within GSK.
- EHS: provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding health and safety at work and psychosocial risks.

**What are we looking for?**
- A lively interest in HR, DEI and EHS
- Appetite to work with and for people
- Good communication, social and psychoanalytical skills
