**Role**:
We are recruiting for a Senior Associate Consulting in Europe. This is a full-time permanent role based in the UK, location is flexible.

The Sr Associate - Consulting is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies and creating and managing market content using one or more marketing platforms (i.e., print, electronic, face-to-face, social media, etc.) while ensuring consistent messaging with the overall brand to support our growth strategy, facilitate lead generation, and by preserving revenue through targeted operational support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies and campaigns aligned with short and long-term marketing targets.
- Ensure content delivery is consistent, efficient and aligned with company standards.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
- Develops, manages and analyses effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Create and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling, customer-centric copy and content for digital and non-digital channels.
- Advise on how to effectively use all channels to engage and influence clients and prospects and manage content distribution to increase business.
- Engage with clients to better understand their business needs and opportunities and works to develop new products and tools to stay abreast fast-moving trends across all channels.
- Create strong and effective internal partnerships to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support and help drive the launch of new products and services for the organisation.
- Monitor fast-moving marketing trends.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Experience**:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong organisational & project management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team

Competent in data analytics & interpretation

Background in packaging solutions and/or digital (eCommerce, social) preferred

Ability to collaborate and build relationships

Good, basic business acumen & understanding of wider industry/market

This role will report to the Director, Consulting Europe & APAC / MIA and will work across both regional and global projects.
