**Job Overview**:
- The FRA (Finance, Reception, Administrator) job holder will assist in ensuring the efficient running of the British and UK Mission to the EU as well as the UK receptions, handling all telephone calls and customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner. In addition, the employee will be undertaking administrative duties and assisting the Admin, Finance and Reception teams where needed.
**Main Duties**
- Assisting in maintaining a log of incoming phone calls and visits.
- Liaising with security to welcome visitors and advise members of the public.
- Sorting through incoming mail and using the franking machine to send outgoing post.
- Assisting with the processing of invoices.
- Assisting with the electronic and manual filing of various documents.
- Performing weekly cleaning audits.
**What we are looking for**:
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- Fluent in either French or Dutch, and preferably with an intermediate level of the other language.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Experience in a front office position.
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible.
