een professioneel schoonmaakbedrijf voornamelijk actief regio Limburg, werven we een gedreven en
resultaatgerichte Sales Developer met een neus voor zakelijke opportuniteiten. Als commerciële go-getter ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het identificeren, in kaart brengen, benaderen en overtuigen van potentiële klanten binnen de schoonmaaksector. Je neemt (telefonisch) contact met facility-, plant
- en operations managers om de behoeften van de onderneming in kaart te brengen, reikt oplossingen op maat aan en maakt bijhorende offertes op. Eens de hand geschud, zorg jij ervoor dat alle info nauwkeurig aan de uitvoerende diensten wordt overgedragen en verder wordt opgevolgd. Minstens jaarlijks bezoek je de bestaande klanten om naar potentiële nieuwe behoeften te peilen en indien mogelijk de dienstverlening uit te breiden.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een commerciële functie (binnen
- of buitendienst)
- Je hebt ervaring in de dienstverlenende sector, kennis van schoonmaak
- of facilitaire diensten is een grote troef
- Je werkt gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en bent gedreven in het behalen van targets
- Je bent een doorzetter die elke 'nee' ziet als een stap dichter bij een 'ja' en haalt energie uit iedere nieuwe sale
- Je bent continu op zoek naar zakelijke opportuniteiten en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg
- Je streeft naar lange termijn
relaties met je klantcontacten
- Je beschikt over mínimaal een bachelor niveau denk
- en
werkniveau
