Le bureau de 3DS à Bruxelles est responsable du suivi des politiques de l'UE ayant un impact sur les activités et les opérations de 3DS ainsi que de la coordination des alliances stratégiques avec la Commission européenne et ses clients.

L'équipe est composée de 3 personnes : le chef de bureau, responsable de la gestion du bureau et deux responsables des affaires européennes, respectivement responsables des questions numériques et des questions de développement durable.

Le responsable de la politique de santé de l'UE sera responsable de:
1. Suivre et évaluer les initiatives politiques de l'UE dans le domaine de la santé et de l'e-santé (EHDS, MDR, HTA) au niveau de la France et de l'UE, ainsi que la politique numérique ayant un impact sur le domaine de la santé (IA, EUCS)

2. Participer au forum des parties prenantes concernées (c'est-à-dire NUMEUM, Digital Europe, ERT)

3. Organiser des réunions et des événements avec les parties prenantes concernées des institutions européennes et de l'écosystème de la santé numérique, en particulier le jumeau humain virtuel

4. Surveillance et suivi des programmes de financement de l'UE liés à la santé numérique

**Vos Missions**
- Faire des rapports réguliers sur les initiatives de l'UE
- Rédaction de documents de position concernant les questions clés
- Prendre en charge les feuille de route d'investissement stratégique Numeum
- Mener des propositions de financement, établies en coordination avec les départements d'autres entreprises

**Vos qualifications**
- Vous êtes diplomé(e) d’un Master en Sciences Politiques, Affaires Européennes
- Avoir des connaissances et une compréhension du domaine de la santé est un atout
- Avoir des connaissances et une compréhension du cadre de financement de l'UE et un atout
- Vous vous démarquez par vos compétences rédactionnelles
- Vous avez un anglais courant (niveau B2 minimum)

3DS Brussels office is responsible for the monitoring of EU policies impacting 3DS business and operations as well as the coordination of strategic alliances with the European Commission and its clients.

The team is composed by 3 people: the Head of Office, responsible for the management of the office and two EU Affairs managers, respectively responsible for Digital Issues and Sustainability Issues.

The Health EU Policy Manager will be responsible for:
1. Monitor and assess EU policy initiatives in the domain of Health and eHealth (EHDS, MDR, HTA) at both France and EU level, as well as digital policy impacting the health domain (AI, EUCS)

2. Participate in relevant stakeholders forum (i.e. NUMEUM, Digital Europe, ERT)

3. Organise meetings and events with relevant stakeholders from the EU Institutions and the Digital Health ecosysteme, in particular the Virtual Human Twin

4. Monitoring and Follow up of EU Funding Programmes related to DIgital Health

**Your Missions**
- Report regularly on EU initiatives
- Drafting position papers regarding key issues
- Support Numeum strategic investment roadmaps
- Lead financing proposals, established in coordination with departments of other companies

**Your qualifications**
- You have a Master’s degree in Political Science, European Affairs
- Having knowledge and understanding of the health field is an asset
- Have knowledge and understanding of the EU funding framework and an asset
- You stand out through your writing skills
- You have fluent English (minimum B2 level)
