Industrialization Coordinator

**Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate and contribute to the Global Product Industrialization strategy by ensuring successful launch of new products, and product transfer between sites.
- Assess technical feasibility of materials introduction (compliance check, allergen check, on-site ingredient’s introduction checks) and transfer for both production sites (Louvain La Neuve and other country)
- Assists with all administrative duties related to New Product Introduction-“NPI” (coordinate collection of reference samples, verify availability of Manufacturing Instructions, execute review of material status.. and support ordering of any services or materials)
- Liaise and support NPI activities in relation with Industrialization regional team, Operations/QC/ master data management teams for day to day and specific projects coordination
- Prepare and be actively accountable for documentation and data base update, and/or planning for scale up and tolling activities
- Supports deployment plans for process improvement, administrative document maintenance, database update, training and KPIs reporting
- Coordinate improvement initiatives and execute actions relevant to PI under supervision from project leader with aim to End to End NPI process improvement

**Profil**

WE VALUE
- Technical degree of Science Chemistry, Food Science, or High school diploma with Administrative or Planning, Production or QC experience
- Min 2 years similar experience in a manufacturing environment (Food/ Flavors industry preferred)
- Well versed to execution of administrative tasks and strong results focus (Ability to deliver on multiple requests while prioritizing and respecting deadlines).
- Attention to details and ability to think outside the box and suggest improvements about processes
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- French speaker and good level in spoken and written English
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
