Financial Controller

**In order to strengthen its teams, AMOS is looking for a Financial Controller**:
**What is expected from you***:
In a fast-growing group, you will be the key person for all the finance matters on the site of AMOS in Liège.
You will work closely with the CFO and will have a direct impact on the profitability of the company.
- In your position you will address the following financial areas:

- Project financial monitoring
- Project margins
- Capex monitoring and WCR analysis
- Financial planning and analysis, from yearly forecast to multi-year business plan
- Monthly closing and variance analysis

You will have daily interactions with the accounting team, the project managers and purchase managers, the sales team, and the manufacturing team.
You will be key in monitoring the change of ERP, improving group dashboards & KPI and the needed analysis tools (BI, Reporting, EPM).

**Experiences**:

- At least 7 years of financial controlling experience in an industrial environment
- Master in Finance, audit or accounting
- Expert skills in financial modeling and financial planning
- Experienced in Business intelligence and modeling tools
- A sharp business acumen coupled with a broad, but solid, understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to interface and influence at levels of the business, from first-level managers to higher-level directors and executives
- Advanced analytical skills
