**Coordinator car logistics (Beveren)**
- Je coördineert de logistieke activiteiten die betrekking hebben tot de organisatie van het rollend materieel op onze kaai en stuurt hiervoor een team arbeiders aan._

**Functie**
- Je verwerft inzicht in de volledige goederenstroom van rollend materieel (RoRo) op onze terminal en ondersteunt het logistieke proces hiervan, zowel door te coördineren als administratief en hands-on bij te springen.
- Je stuurt de cardrivers (logistieke arbeiders) - ongeveer 30 per dag - hiërarchisch aan en maakt en motiveert hen om dagelijks hun doelen te bereiken. Dankzij je operationele inzicht maak je dagelijks een werkplanning en kan je de vooropgestelde targets dag per dag bijstellen. Je stelt de dagelijkse werkplanning op en volgt hun afwezigheden op
- Je staat voortdurend in overleg met de foremannen die het werk buiten mee opvolgen. Je zorgt voor de nodige omkadering naar de operationele collega’s toe en volgt bepaalde processen mee op (bv. uitvoeren van take 5’s).
- Je volgt de vooruitgang van een aantal voorname RoRo-projecten mee op voor grote klanten zoals Ford, Fiat. Je staat onze RoRo klanten te woord bij specifieke vragen en ontvangt ze op kaai indien een bezoek aan de orde is.
- Je bent bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en waar nodig iets uit te zoeken op kaai.
- Je rapporteert aan de carterminal manager en ondersteunt hem eveneens bij de uitvoering van een aantal administratieve processen. Waar je ruimte ziet voor optimalisering, ga je in dialoog met je collega’s en doe je constructieve suggesties.

**Aanbod**

In deze functie vind je de ideale balans tussen bureauwerk en operationele betrokkenheid _on the job_. Je wordt tewerkgesteld **in het hart van de car operations** en krijgt een goed inzicht van het reilen en zeilen van de terminal. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde en je krijgt veel **vrijheid** om je werk in te plannen. Je wordt tewerkgesteld in **dagtaak** met glijdende uren maar bent flexibel om vroeger of later te komen wanneer het werk dit vereist. AET is een **stabiele werkgever** binnen de Antwerpse Haven en je krijgt een contract als bediende van onbepaalde duur. Je salaris wordt ingeschaald afhankelijk van je ervaring en wordt aangevuld met extralegale voordelen, zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, een GSM-abonnement, groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekering. Binnen AET bestaat de mogelijkheid om fietsen te leasen.

**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau en kan terugvallen op minstens 5 jaar werkervaring.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het Microsoft office pakket en kan vooral met Excel, Word en Outlook vlot werken.
- Je bent enorm leergierig en schrikt er niet van terug om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je bent oplossings
- en actiegericht ingesteld.
- Leidinggevende ervaring is geen noodzaak, maar je kan wel aantonen dat je ervaring hebt met het plannen of motiveren van een team. ‘Leading by example’ is iets waar je sterk in gelooft.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator die problemen gemakkelijk op een constructieve manier signaleert. Je deinst niet terug van de directe communicatiestijl die binnen de haven soms wordt gehanteerd.
- Je bent hands-on en occasioneel buitenwerk schrikt je niet af.
- Flexibiliteit in de uitvoering van je taken is een must, je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende opdrachten en past je gemakkelijk aan je omgeving aan.
- Nederlands is de voertaal, je bent flexibel om je uit te drukken in het Engels of Frans waar nodig.
