The solution architects works at senior management level to define and deliver major technical projects/strategies/architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers’ business and commercial issues and contribute key insights. Responsible for the design and communication of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Changes to service, process, organization, operating model and other aspects may be required in addition to technology components, and solutions must demonstrate how agreed requirements (such as automation of business processes) are met, any requirements which are not fully met or, and any options or considerations which require a business decision. The provision of comprehensive guidance on the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.
Der Lösungsarchitekt arbeitet auf der Ebene des Senior Managements an der Definition und Umsetzung größerer technischer Projekte/Strategien/Architekturen, wobei er sein Verständnis für die geschäftlichen und kommerziellen Belange des Kunden unter Beweis stellt und wichtige Erkenntnisse beisteuert. Verantwortlich für den Entwurf und die Kommunikation von Strukturen auf hoher Ebene, um den Entwurf und die Entwicklung integrierter Lösungen zu ermöglichen und zu leiten, die den aktuellen und zukünftigen Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen. Zusätzlich zu den technologischen Komponenten können Änderungen an Dienstleistungen, Prozessen, Organisationen, Betriebsmodellen und anderen Aspekten erforderlich sein. Die Lösungen müssen aufzeigen, wie die vereinbarten Anforderungen (z. B. Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen) erfüllt werden, welche Anforderungen nicht vollständig erfüllt werden und welche Optionen oder Überlegungen eine geschäftliche Entscheidung erfordern. Die Bereitstellung umfassender Leitlinien für die Entwicklung von Lösungskomponenten und deren Änderungen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den einschlägigen Architekturen, Strategien, Richtlinien, Standards und Praktiken Rechnung tragen und dass bestehende und geplante Lösungskomponenten kompatibel bleiben.
De solution architect werkt op senior management niveau om grote technische projecten/strategieën/architecturen te definiëren en te leveren, waarbij hij/zij blijk geeft van inzicht in de business en commerciële issues van de klant en belangrijke inzichten aandraagt. Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de communicatie van structuren op hoog niveau om het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van geïntegreerde oplossingen mogelijk te maken en te begeleiden die voldoen aan de huidige en toekomstige bedrijfsbehoeften. Naast technologiecomponenten kunnen wijzigingen in dienstverlening, processen, organisatie, bedrijfsmodel en andere aspecten vereist zijn, en oplossingen moeten aantonen hoe aan overeengekomen vereisten (zoals automatisering van bedrijfsprocessen) wordt voldaan, aan welke vereisten niet volledig wordt voldaan of, en aan welke opties of overwegingen een zakelijke beslissing vereist is. Het verstrekken van uitgebreide richtsnoeren voor de ontwikkeling van, en wijzigingen in, oplossingscomponenten om ervoor te zorgen dat deze rekening houden met relevante architecturen, strategieën, beleidslijnen, normen en praktijken en dat bestaande en geplande oplossingscomponenten compatibel blijven.
Los arquitectos de soluciones trabajan a nível de la alta dirección para definir y entregar importantes proyectos/estrategias/arquitecturas técnicas, demostrando una comprensión de los problemas comerciales y de negocio de los clientes y aportando ideas clave. Es responsable del diseño y la comunicación de estructuras de alto nível para permitir y guiar el diseño y el desarrollo de soluciones integradas que satisfagan las necesidades empresariales actuales y futuras. Pueden ser necesarios cambios en el servicio, el proceso, la organización, el modelo operativo y otros aspectos, además de los componentes tecnológicos, y las soluciones deben demostrar cómo se cumplen los requisitos acordados (como la automatización de los procesos empresariales), cualquier requisito que no se cumpla totalmente o, y cualquier opción o consideración que requiera una decisión empresarial. La provisión de orientación exhaustiva sobre el desarrollo y las modificaciones de los componentes de la solución para garantizar que tengan en cuenta las arquitecturas, estrategias, políticas, normas y prácticas pertinentes y que los componentes de la solución existentes y previstos sigan siendo compatibles.
