**DE FUNCTIE**
Uw uitdaging bestaat erin om de rekruteringsstrategieën te bepalen en te implementeren die u naar unieke kandidaten leiden die voldoen aan de profielvereisten van de klant. U identificeert, contacteert, pre-screent en interviewt samen met de senior consultant kandidaten op directie/management niveau.
**BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden, afhankelijk van uw interesses en persoonlijke ambities, omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
- Actief deelnemen aan intakegesprekken bij de klant;
- Het juiste profiel bepalen en het opstellen van functiebeschrijvingen;
- Voor elke opdracht een wervingsstrategie bedenken en uittekenen, het businessmodel en de sector van de klant in kaart brengen, enz.;
- Zoeken, identificeren en benaderen van de juiste kandidaten;
- Kandidaten pre-screenen & interviewen op managementniveau;
**VAARDIGHEDEN & ERVARING**
- Een academische achtergrond op Master niveau;
- Nederlands
- en Engelstalig, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
- Interesse en nieuwsgierigheid in bedrijven en arbeidsmarkt;
- Je toont vooral passie voor mensen en het vormgeven van hun loopbaan;
- Leergierigheid en doorzettingsvermogen om op zoek te gaan naar het best passende profiel in een functie en bedrijfscontext;
- De ambitie om in een snelle serviceomgeving te werken.
