The main objectives of the project HSE Administrator role is administrative activities to manage the HSE Activities of the project.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the HSE Lead
- Oversee contractor pre-qualification system and do spot checks on the validity of documents and certificates
- Processing all badge requests and verifying attendance and validity off all the necessary documents
- Review training matrix of the contractor, retrieve certifications and do spot checks on the document an outside. Keep training folders up to date
- Assistance of the HSE Lead with accident and incident reporting as well as monthly reporting
- Assist in the co-ordination and Recording of meeting minutes and actions
- Preparation site safety board and safety moments requesting all necessary documents relating to the environment and processing them administratively
- Maintenance of building compliance records, fire records and testing of fire alarm

**Job requirements**:

- Strong administration skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also autonomously
- A good knowledge and understanding of H&S
- good knowledge of Belgium legal documents such as A1, limosa, work permits,
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
