**Your tasks as a Commodity Lead**

You are responsible for planning of the Source to Contract process (both in agile projects and in ‘business as usual’ requests), according to the Procurement Policy, for driving spend through vendors with whom there is already an agreement in place, for assessing any available approved suppliers or signed contracts for the specific good or service and informing the requestor.

You select tender and supplier through an established procurement process in order to ensure that this selection is handled in a structured, transparent and fair manner. All the relevant requirements are expected to be followed.

You develop the Commodity Strategy and Implementation Plan for all commodities in scope by researching and analyzing the supply market and strategic options in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for contracting and contract enablement for the End-to-End Contract Management System (CMS) - with support of the Center of Excellence team - through generating, reviewing and approving contracts and storage of contracts as required by the Procurement Policy and procedures. You Ensure that the approval of the Legal Department is received prior to signing and distribution of Formal Notices to any supplier, enable the Procure-to-Pay process and support the business on the operational management of the agreements as and when required.

You are End-to-End responsible for Contract and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for the strategic, preferred and critical suppliers in close alignment with the Business and other stakeholders. You monitor suppliers risk according to the supplier risk management framework. You are responsible for the maintenance of the supplier risk management framework.

You cooperate with the team and other departments within Telenet in order to exchange knowledge and experience so that purchase targets are better and easier to achieve and partnerships are promoted.

**Our ideal Commodity Lead**

You are a Bachelor or Master or equivalent by experience and have minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement function

Knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is useful.

You have a common sense and pragmatism

You have a good level of technical affinity
