Inventory Controller

**Function**:
As Inventory Controller you are the heart of the Warehouse. You have an eye for detail and know how to identify optimisation opportunities in each process flow where you can make a difference to the organisation. You will be part of an entrepreneurial team and are able to process large amounts of information.
- You contribute to the optimisation of productivity, workflows, efficiency and quality with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction (continuous improvement)
- You monitor the KPIs and the concluded SLAs with the customers, taking into account the planned collections
- You closely monitor the daily logístical processes and know how to set the right priorities in order to keep the work on track
- You keep a cool head when problems arise and approach them analytically, always opting for the best solution for all parties
- You always communicate well and completely to the customer and you try to inform your colleagues as well as possible
- You ensure that the necessary knowledge/training is provided within the organisation
- You make an active contribution to our continuous improvement method

**Profile**:
Doing administrative work is a source of motivation for you. Besides administrative tasks, communication is part of your job description. You speak to stakeholders through numerous channels. You clear up problems and detect possible improvements just as quickly on the basis of data. You work independently, but do not hesitate to call on the assistance of colleagues, or to lend a hand to your team members. Finally, you like working in shifts. So one week you work from 6am to 2pm and the next week from 2pm to 10pm. That way, you have plenty of time to spend before or after work.

Specifically, you have:

- Knowledge of both Dutch and English to communicate with the various stakeholders.
- You are familiar with the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- You have at least a secondary degree (office, trade,...)
- Experience in logistics is not required but is a plus
